What's included every visit

  • Full pressure wash of the inside and outside of each bin on your plan
  • Sanitize to kill bacteria and residue
  • Deodorize to eliminate lingering smells
  • Recycling bins cleaned at $5/bin/visit (add any bin to your plan anytime)

How scheduling works

Once your agreement is active, you don't need to book anything. FreshBin schedules your visits automatically and sends you a reminder the day before. Just leave your bins accessible and empty — completely hands-off on your end.

To change your preferred window, email info@freshbinco.com with at least 24 hours' notice.

Billing

You authorize FreshBin Co. to charge your card on file after each completed visit. An invoice is emailed within 24 hours of service.

Card setup: After your agreement is confirmed, FreshBin sends you a secure Stripe enrollment link. You enter card details directly on Stripe — FreshBin never sees or stores your card number.
Payment failure: We notify you immediately. Service pauses until resolved, then resumes as normal. We won't cancel your plan over a single missed payment — just reach out.

Referral discount

Refer a friend → get 10% off your next visit.
Applies every time you refer a new customer who completes their first paid booking. No cap. Discount applied to your next invoice after their first clean is confirmed.

Example: 2 medium bins on monthly plan = $40/month ($20/bin × 2) + free small recycling bin. A referral brings your next visit to $36.

Pausing or cancelling

Cancel or pause anytime with 7 days' written notice to info@freshbinco.com. No cancellation fees, no questions asked. Outstanding balances from completed visits are due at cancellation.

Agreement

By joining a recurring plan, you confirm that:

  1. You've read and agree to the terms of this Recurring Service Agreement
  2. You authorize FreshBin Co. to charge your card on file after each completed visit
  3. You understand FreshBin manages your scheduling — you don't need to rebook each cycle

Agreement is confirmed when you check the box at booking, reply "I agree" to the agreement email, or complete Stripe enrollment. This agreement is always available at freshbinco.com/recurring-service-agreement.
