    We schedule specific neighbourhood route days so we can clean multiple homes efficiently—saving you money while delivering the same high-quality pressure wash, sanitation, and deodorizing.

    Neighbourhood Bin Cleaning Deal — $55

    Includes 2 medium rollout bins + 2 recycling bins (no heavy buildup included). Any additional bins will be subject to standard pricing.

    Route day pricing applies only within the route day neighbourhood. If your address is outside the service zone, we’ll send you an email and/or a text message offering the Standard rate or help you book the correct Route Day.

    You simply book a spot on your neighbourhood’s route day, leave your bins accessible and empty; we take care of the rest.

    Best for: customers who want the lowest price and don’t mind booking on the neighbourhood route date.

    Service area: Coquitlam, BC (route day zones and schedules vary by neighbourhood).
